Williamson County Parks and Recreation (WCPR) is pleased to announce three summer camps for the “Rhythm and Spirit,” children’s cheer, tumbling and dance program.

Jen Barnes, a choreographer, dancer and former NFL, NBA and NHL cheerleader leads the Rhythm and Spirit program along with professional dancer Kristi Feinstein. Rhythm and Spirit is an ongoing program of Williamson County Parks and Recreation, and beginning in August, will offer an expanded thirty-four week program culminating in a recital.

Williamson County Parks and Recreation is a public organization, here to benefit the community. Anyone may register for and participate in the department’s programs, teams, classes and events. Rhythm & Spirit Cheer Camp

Dates: June 18-22

Location: Indoor Arena at Crockett Park, 1485 Volunteer Pkwy., Brentwood

Time: 10 a.m. to noon

Ages: Grades K-8

Cost: $90, includes a camp t-shirt

Rhythm & Spirit Tumbling Camp

Dates: June 18-22

Location: Indoor Arena at Crockett Park, 1485 Volunteer Pkwy., Brentwood

Time: 1 p.m.-1:45 p.m. (Ages 2-3 Mommy & Me); 2 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. (Ages 4-5 w/parent present)

Ages: 2-3 and 4-5

Cost: $45, includes a camp t-shirt

Rhythm & Spirit Dance Camp

Dates: July 9-13

Location: Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Rd.

Time: 10 a.m.-noon (ages 5-7); 1 p.m.-3 p.m. (ages 8-10); 3 p.m.-5 p.m. (ages 11-13)

Ages: Ages 5-13

Cost: $90, includes a camp t-shirt
