South Precinct officers early today arrested Blayne Tullis on a charge of indecent exposure for allegedly exposing his genitals to a woman outside her home in South Nashville’s Winfield Park subdivision on December 13th.

Tullis, 22, was taken into custody at his Antioch apartment. He had bonded out of the Williamson County Jail hours earlier, where he was charged with two counts of indecent exposure and one count of stalking in relation to cases from Franklin and Brentwood.

Tullis was released from the Metro Jail after posting a $2,500 bond.

Sex Crimes Detective Vickie Dills is handling this investigation and swore out the warrant against Tullis Tuesday night.

Three men with guns were shot early this morning after they walked into the Hyatt Place Hotel off Old Hickory Boulevard.  A Metro Police officer was working undercover on a separate investigation at the hotel and was in the lobby.  Officer Justin Fox shot all three men. They fled in a maroon mini-van and were pulled over on Interstate 65 North around the Wedgewood Lane exit.

The three men were taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.  They could face charges of aggravated robbery. Police say the same suspects had been involved in another armed robbery earlier near downtown Nashville.

The officer is on administrative assignment while the shootings are investigated.
