Franklin resident Adam Moyer is one of ten contestants left participating in the new CMT reality show Sweet Home Alabama. Adam has become a favorite with hundreds of Facebook and Twitter followers across the country.
Sweet Home Alabama is a television show which began with ten “city slickers” and ten “county guys” vying for the affection of Devin Grissom, a “country girl” from Alabama. The ten bachelors left from across the country continue to compete to win time with the Southern Belle. Devin selected local resident Adam Moyer for her first date and their chemistry heats up as the field of bachelors dwindles.
Moyer, age 25, raised on his family’s horse farm in Franklin, has been helping train horses since age 12. He is a full-time college student at Columbia State Community College pursuing a degree in physical therapy.
Sweet Home Alabama airs on CMT; additional details are available at www.cmt.com.
A watch party will be held Thursday from 7:30-9:30 p.m. at the Athletic Club Bar & Grill at Embassy Suites Hotel, 820 Crescent Centre Drive, Franklin.
